- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am very displeased with this agency. The failed to provide plenty of information from the very start and gave misinformation when I asked for guidance. They took half of my deposit without informing me of reason why. When I asked it was due to a mistake they made but they refuse to take responsibility or acknowledge the unbalanced relationship between a tenant and an agency. I warn both tenants and land lords/ladies not to trust them to look after your best interests. In my experience they were unethical, unprofessional and greedy.by Tove NybergJanuary 06, 2017
