- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪When I read of problems suffered by others in trying to get an appointment and service from their surgery I am just so pleased that we are with The Oaks Medical Centre. Staff, nurses and doctors are first class and always do their best for their patients. I prefer not to go there in first place for we never call in to say how well we are, but good to know that they are there when needed and will look after us. Appointments and medication repeat prescriptions can be done on-line via Patient Access. A couple of small problems, sorted by staff, early on but we find the system ideal, especially booking appointments with our doctors. If a specific doctor is not necessary appointments are usually available next day. If urgent I have experienced the 'sit-and-wait' plus nurses are very helpful.
